I believe the most important thing I can do is live my authentic life and help someone else transform theirs in a real way; the kind that starts in the body, increases your awareness, and helps move you through the transformational chrysalis of your becoming.

My journey has been anything but ordinary; built on more than 30 years of service to Divinity, which has deepened with the facilitation of every therapeutic modality that whispered come closer. Through refinement on massage tables around the world. By dancing through life and service in ashram’s across Canada, India, Germany and the United States.

I’m still in it. Still healing. Still going deeper. Still learning to listen to the body’s wisdom before the mind interferes.

I am most certainly not an overnight sensation - and that’s exactly what makes me a phenomenal guiding light. I’m not standing at the finish line waving you forward. I’m on the path with you, just a few turns ahead, already transformed by the work and ready to go even deeper with you.

Thirteen years ago I followed a feeling to Boone, North Carolina. I fell in love with the mountains, the energy, the people, and helped root coherence, peace, and love at the Art of Living Center. I was also blessed to meet Master John Douglas and deepen my personal evolution.  Since then I’ve built a quality over quantity, depth over volume, healing practice in my home – because this kind of work is sacred, unique and personal.

How We Work Together

Every modality, be it Chakradance™, massage, lymphatic drainage, or embodied expression, is an entry point to truly becoming who YOU A.R.E. It doesn’t matter which doorway you walk through, once you begin, everything overlaps; that’s the nature of this work, mirroring the nature of life.

My deepest desire is to work with people who are committed to their own transformation; people who are willing to show up and do the work necessary. When we show up for each other, we honor each other’s spirit, energy and healing potential.   

What Inspires Me?

An insatiable love of life. My desire is to keep myself accountable to my own growth and to help others live fully. I am humbled by the universe. I believe in living the mystery, seeing beauty and embracing all that is, was and will be in Gratitude. Healing is a necessity not a luxury.

My life has been poetic, imperfect, and full of joy, and I wouldn’t trade a single chapter. No regrets. Unequivocally madly in love with life.
